DIVORCE COACHING

I can help to ease the overwhelm, save energy for where it’s truly needed, address the tender emotional state, and make aligned decisions with clarity.

Hello, I am Kaia Alline, and welcome to my website.

This page is for those seeking guidance for separation, divorce, parenting, or your relationship.

I am a Divorce Coach. My specialties are empowerment of women, divorce (high-conflict/narcissistic), relationships, navigating the court system, understanding family cults, and putting safety first. I have lived experiences of going through my own divorce. I am also a retired mental health therapist and current empowerment and wellness coach. I have experience in divorce, the endings of long-term relationships, grief and loss, safety plans, parenting plans, co-parenting, childhood development, and the effects on children. I also have an understanding of toxic/narcissistic partners and families.

How do you know you need a Divorce Coach?

  • If you find that every day is becoming more challenging as you wonder if staying in your relationship is best for you and your children if you have them.

  • Your mind is constantly in motion, asking so many questions: What will my life look like if I get a divorce? How will I survive sharing my kids? Where will I live? How do I support myself? How angry is he going to be? What about my pension? Are lawyers necessary? Is separation better? Can we resolve this?

  • Then the fears begin to settle in. Your mind goes to all the costs of a divorce, the changes in how you live, and what you need to do?

A great first step is reaching out to someone with experience guiding others through a divorce or ending relationships.

Why a divorce coach?

Divorce coaching helps to ease the overwhelm, save energy for where it’s truly needed, address the tender emotional state, and make aligned decisions with clarity

I can listen, see the stories you may be stuck in, and offer steps and guidance to become aware and begin making changes to do things differently.

About the Facilitator

Hi everyone, I am pleased you are here.

I am Kaia Alline, and will be the facilitator of all Family Cult Recovery programs.

For years, I believed that I grew up in a family that was healthy for the most part. Both of my parents lived in our home with my brother, three sisters, and myself. I had a large extended family, and we saw each other often. On the outside, life looked "normal."

Fast forward to 2015 when my teacher Liana Shanti began offering her spiritual work. In her programs and sessions with her, I began to see the layers of false conditioning, limiting beliefs, and values that came from my family but no longer served me.

Ironically, I hold master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical mental health counseling and counselor education and supervision. Yet, I never fully considered how similar our family systems are to cults. It was time for me to heal all that was my family and figure out who I was, where I came from, and why I was here. I have been a guide and mentor to others wanting the same answers in healing. This program is a culmination of my education, experiences, teachings from Liana, and tools and strategies I have shared with others to guide them to make the best choices regarding understanding family cults and how to heal for them.
